The most significant was the neurotrophin signalling pathway that recruited four DE miRNAs (miR-125a-5p, miR-320a, miR-185-5p, and miR-25-3p), 18 miRNA targets, and six TFs (RELA, TP53, NF-κB1, FOXO3, JUN, ABL1), thus confirming the pivotal role of neurotrophin in neuroprotective and neurodegeneration processes of MS [55].
