NOS2 and constipation disorder: After LF-CQPC03-H treatment, the iNOS expression in the mice with constipation was closest that of the normal group (0.32 ± 0.02 times that in the control group), and was also significantly lower than that in the mice with constipation after LB (0.41 ± 0.06 times of that of the control mice) and LF-CQPC03-L (0.57 ± 0.04 times of that of the control mice) treatment.
