Furthermore, we demonstrated previously that DHRS2 is also absent in GCT cell lines and strongly induced upon romidepsin treatment of (cisplatin‐resistant) GCT cell lines, fibroblasts (MPAF and ARZ) and Sertoli cells (FS1).5 Thus, up‐regulation of DHRS2 is a common effect provoked by romidepsin. This evidence concerns the gene DHRS2 and granular cell tumor.
