The results of univariate analyses demonstrated that tumor type (3, 4, 5/0, 1, 2), pathology (others/well or moderately differentiated), depth of tumor (Tis, T1, T2/T3, T4), lymph node metastasis (N0/N1, 2), WBC count (>6.6/≤6.6, ×103/mm3), platelet count (>27/≤27, ×104/mm3), CEA (>8.7/≤8.7, ng/mL), CA19‐9 (>18.5/≤18.5, U/mL), NLR (>2.9/≤2.9), and GAR (>0.83/≤0.83) were associated with OS (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM5 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
