The result showed that CAM and SCM could effectively inhibit H7N9 pseudovirus infection in a dose-dependent manner with IC50 of 8.98 ± 3.93 and 10.85 ± 1.19 μM, respectively (Figure 7A), while CAM and SCM had no effect on infection by Nipha pseudovirus (Figure 7B) or VSV-G pseudovirus (Figure 7C), suggesting that antiviral ability might be related to HA or NA. This evidence concerns the gene XK and infection.
