Counting TnTs per 1 cm2 revealed that normal urothelial cells form the highest number of TnTs which was 2.2 ± 0.9 at the density 1 × 105 cells/cm2 and cancer urothelial cells 30.5 ± 8.3 TnTs at 5 × 103 cells/cm2 (Supplementary Fig. S1). Here, TNNT1 is linked to cancer.
