The most common clinical subtype was the luminal subtype (ER+, HER2–/HER2+), recorded in 15,529 women (72.5%), whereas 857 women (4%) had nonluminal HER2 (ER–, HER2+) and 1739 women (8.1%) had ER–HER2– breast cancer. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
