It showed that gender, BMI, WC, TyG, SBP, DBP, γ-GGT, AST, ALT, BUN, Cr, UA, TC, HDL-C, TG, Apo-A1, LDL-C, eGFR and Apo-B were independent factors related with incident NAFLD in univariate models, while only Age, BMI, WC, AST, ALT, FPG, UA, TC, TG, eGFR, LDL-C, TyG and Apo-B were correlated with incident NAFLD in multivariate models (Figs. 2, and 3). This evidence concerns the gene APOB and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
