ALB and diabetes mellitus: Compared to patients treated in PCCs, patients treated in MDCs had significantly higher levels of LDL cholesterol (p < 0.01), systolic blood pressure (p < 0.01), urine albumin to creatinine ratio (p < 0.01), as well as longer disease duration (p < 0.01), a higher number of comorbidities (P < 0.01) and diabetes-related complications (P < 0.01).
