Although only one study has reported increased expression of XPO1 in prostate cancer tissue [14], the data from Oncomine database shows that more than 8 sets of mRNA expression profiles including XPO1 from PCa tissues (total 342 cases) and normal prostate gland tissues (total 170 cases) were tested by miRNA microarray. This evidence concerns the gene XPO1 and Familial prostate cancer.
