Some proteins, such as histone H3.1t, albumin, creatine kinase B-type, glutathione s-transferase theta-1, apolipoprotein A-I and peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase were upregulated in CCA hamsters, but their levels in the CCA+Cur group were comparable with those in normal hamsters (Table 1 and yellow labels in S3E Table). This evidence concerns the gene APOA1 and cholangiocarcinoma.
