PPARA and coronary artery disorder: Additional, manual queries in the C/VD database (human, CAD or atherosclerosis, detected in blood, gene expression studies, FC>1.5) looking for regulation trends of network molecules with absent regulation, resulted in decreased levels of PPARG, MT-CO2/COX2, and FASN, confirming the general trend of the PPAR signalling pathway to be inactivated/supressed/blunted.
