We identified seven oncogenes (NRAS, EGFR, RXRA, HRAS, KRAS, AKT1, ERBB2; q<0.10) and seven putative tumor suppressor genes (ARID1A, TXNIP, CTNNB1, PIK3RI, CDKN2A, KLF5, STAG2; q<0.10) significantly regulated between tumor and control, which were formerly reported to be altered in BC [31]. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and breast cancer.
