Five case–control studies with 28,830 PCa cases and 28,999 control subjects related to the KLK3 rs1058205 variant, four case–control studies with 5394 cases and 5389 controls concerning the rs2735839 polymorphism, and three case–control studies with 1614 cases and 1981 controls related to rs266882 polymorphism were pooled in our present analysis. Here, KLK3 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
