In multivariate analysis, a positive predictor of cardiovascular survival in atherogenic patients was the T allele of ENHO rs2281997 (HR: 0.52, 95% CI: 0.32–0.86, P = 0.011), whereas BMI (HR: 1.09, 95% CI: 1.03–1.16, P = 0.005) and CAD (HR: 1.97, 95% CI: 1.16–3.34, P = 0.012) indicated a worse cardiovascular survival. Here, ENHO is linked to coronary artery disorder.
