To investigate whether regorafenib enhances the antitumor efficacy of EpCAM-specific CAR-NK-92 cells by changing the expression of cytotoxicity-related molecules in colorectal cancer cells, we detected the expression changes of EpCAM, Fas, MicA/B, HLA-A2, PD-L1, and DR4 in CRC cell lines HCT116, SW620, and HT29 after treatment with regorafenib at concentrations of 10 nM for 24 h. This evidence concerns the gene MICA and colorectal carcinoma.
