To investigate whether regorafenib enhances the antitumor efficacy of EpCAM-specific CAR-NK-92 cells by changing the expression of cytotoxicity-related molecules in colorectal cancer cells, we detected the expression changes of EpCAM, Fas, MicA/B, HLA-A2, PD-L1, and DR4 in CRC cell lines HCT116, SW620, and HT29 after treatment with regorafenib at concentrations of 10 nM for 24 h. Here, EPCAM is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
