In detail, the following RANKL mRNA fold-changes were found in the different groups of patients with active bone disease compared to the controls: NDMM (6.88 ± 0.9), MM responders (3.2 ± 0.4), at relapse (4.98 ± 0.35), and PD (6.90 ± 0.9). The gene discussed is TNFSF11; the disease is Miyoshi myopathy.
