The engraftment of human CD4+ cells was delayed in those animals transplanted with MAX.16H5 IgG1 incubated grafts and 32D–FLT3ITD AML cells (mean of human CD4+ events: 0.2 ± 0.0% (day −2, n = 5); 0.2 ± 0.1% (day 6, n = 5, inter-group comparison P = 0.006, Nemenyi test); 42.3% [endpoint, day 56, n = 1, day −2 vs. endpoint, P = 0.039, Nemenyi test)]. Here, CD4 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
