Here, we describe the effectiveness of PBF509, a novel selective and potent A2AR antagonist, in several rat animal models of movement impairment: (i) the pilocarpine-induced tremulous jaw movement (TJM), (ii) the hemiparkinsonian animal model, and (iii) the L-DOPA induced dyskinesia (LID).
