From this cohort, 4 out of 5 of the proteins (IDH1, CTSD, PRDX6, and SERPINB6) also showed a statistically significant increase in abundance (12, 2.3, 2.6, and 3-fold, respectively) in the patient tumour samples when compared to the PDX F1 generation in the species-indistinguishable study. The gene discussed is SERPINB6; the disease is neoplasm.
