Recent findings suggested that TRIP13 is overexpressed in and can promote tumorigenesis of several cancers, such as lung adenocarcinoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, head and neck cancer and colorectal cancer (Banerjee et al., 2014; Li et al., 2018; Sheng et al., 2018; Zhou et al., 2017).
