Figure 3E shows that, compared with the sham group, more cells double-positive for NeuN and BrdU appeared at the DG of rats in the stroke group at 2, 4, and 8 weeks, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01, P < 0.01, and P < 0.01, respectively).
