Figures 3A–C shows that only a few cells double-positive for BrdU and NeuN were observed in rats in the sham, stroke, and PSD groups, but after treatment with FXT or YNJYP more BrdU-positive cells appeared near the DG, and these cells were also NeuN-positive at 2, 4, and 8 weeks. The gene discussed is RBFOX3; the disease is stroke disorder.
