Most clinical parameters were identical between wild-type and mPGES-1-deficient mice except for insulin resistance score and aspartate aminotransferase (ASAT) activity in serum, which were significantly higher in mPGES-1-deficient mice under NASH diet than in the respective wild-type animals (Supplementary Table S3). The gene discussed is ABCB7; the disease is metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis.
