In the Hogan dataset (49 patients, precursor-B-ALL), we found that 10/20 NER genes were overexpressed at time of relapse compared to time of diagnosis (Fig. 1b), indicating that there was no significant change in the overall expression of the pathway (P = 1.0), although three genes were individually significantly upregulated. This evidence concerns the gene NR1H2 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
