The data show that the protein level of ApoER2 (Figure 4A) and Syn (Figure 4B), in both the contralateral and the ipsilateral brain tissues, and the protein/mRNA levels of MBP (Figure 4C) in the ipsilateral brain, were significantly elevated in ABCA1−B/−B stroke mice treated with ApoE2 compared with ABCA1−B/−B stroke mice treated with CSF (p < 0.05, n = 6/group).
