As we have previously shown that Tg(act-TXN)+/0 mice had higher levels of the ASK1/Trx1 complex, which could result in reduced ASK1 phosphorylation [20] that was correlated to tumor development, we measured the levels of ASK1 and phosphorylated ASK1 young (6–7 months old: Figure 7(a,b)) and old (22–24 months old: Figure 7(c,d)) Tg(TXN)+/0 and WT mice.
