One of these patients, a smoker, had cervical conization related to Low-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (LGSIL); she had multifocal asynchronous lesions, and multiple condylomas located in cervix, vagina, vulva, and perianus, although her CD4 count has remained over 1600 CD4 cells/μL with undetectable viral load, she is an active smoker. Here, CD4 is linked to squamous cell intraepithelial neoplasia.
