In the multivariate analysis, only age (OR 0.920, 95% CI 0.859–0.986; p = 0.019) and the number of previous miscarriages (OR 0.403, 95% CI 0.193–0.841; p = 0.016), but not AMH (OR 1.191, 95% CI 0.972–1.461; p = 0.091), remained statistically significant. This evidence concerns the gene AMH and spontaneous abortion.
