To explore whether the involvement of the central HPA axis response to CRS could affect murine skin pigmentation and its possible molecular mechanism, the protein expression of key elements such as tyrosine (TYR), tyrosinase-related protein-1 (TRP-1) and tyrosinase-related protein-2 (TRP-2) protein were detected by western blot analysis. The gene discussed is DCT; the disease is congenital rubella syndrome.
