In the active TB group (Fig. 5) similarly to the LTBI group, the majority of patients had a response >0.7 IU/mL at the baseline [78% (22/28) in response to TB1-peptides and 75% (21/28) in response to TB2-peptides]; and the majority of patients with IFN-γ values at the baseline >0.7 IU/mL had a response >0.7 IU/mL at the end of TB preventive therapy in response to both TB1- and TB2- peptides [73% (16/22) and 67% (14/21) respectively].
