In order to identify the roles of miR-28-5p and miR-650 in regulating NDRG2 in primary CLL cells, we transiently transfected the primary cells from 11 newly diagnosed CLL cases were transiently transfected with miR-28-5p and miR-650 inhibitors and miR-NC, and detected the expression levels of miRNAs and NDRG2 expression 24 h after transfection. This evidence concerns the gene NDRG2 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
