Additionally, the transcriptomic analysis of spleen of Atlantic salmon conducted by Dettleff et al. [33], demonstrated that the fish altered their expression profiles of interleukins/interleukin receptors (il10, il10rb, and il13ra2), interferon/interferon receptors (ifng and ifngr1), in responding of viral infection of infectious salmon anemia virus (ISAV). Here, IFNAR2 is linked to viral infectious disease.
