The oncoSure hereditary cancer test is a 17-gene panel including BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, PTEN, TP53, CDH1, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, EPCAM, APC, MUTYH, STK11, VHL, RB1, RET that identifies an elevated risk for 10 hereditary cancers: breast, ovarian, colorectal, endometrial, gastric, pancreatic, prostate, melanoma, endocrine and retinoblastoma. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and hereditary cancer.
