Renewed interests in natural compounds have increased in recent years because of their broad‐spectrum of biological activity and fewer side effects.9, 39, 40 Here, we screened numerous natural compounds that have been reported to possess one or more bioactivities, such as antioxidative, anti‐inflammatory, and antibacterial activities, for osteoporosis treatment at clinically acceptable concentrations.23, 41, 42 We found that MA, which is characterized as a triterpenoid derivative extracted from Centella asiatica, showed a remarkable effect on inhibiting RANKL‐induced osteoclastogenesis. Here, TNFSF11 is linked to osteoporosis.
