No significant differences in mortality were observed between the 3/3, 3/4, and 4/4 TTTTG-TRIB1 genotypes etiher for total mortality data [Log-Rank(Mantel-Cox) P = 0.695; Figure 2A] or prostate cancer related deaths [Log-Rank (Mantel-Cox) P = 0.466; Figure 2B] and these results were not affected by age, Gleason scores and PSA values (HR and their respective P-values are in Figure 2). This evidence concerns the gene KLK3 and prostate carcinoma.
