As depicted in Fig. 6c and Supplementary Fig 4b, YLT-11 significantly decreased the number of Ki67-positive cells (from 78 ± 8.1% to 29 ± 6.3%, p < 0.01), while the number of cleaved caspase-3-positive cells increased from 12.3 ± 5.1 to 66 ± 7.3% (p < 0.01), indicating that YLT-11 could suppress tumor growth in vivo in antiproliferation and pro-apoptosis manner.
