PGM1 and neoplasm: We further overexpressed PGM1 in HepG2 cells (S6C Fig) and found that the proliferation of HepG2 cells could also be inhibited by PGM1 overexpression (S6D Fig), which is similar to SK-Hep1 cells (Fig 2B), suggesting that PGM1 is downstream of FOXJ2 and required for FOXJ2-inhibited tumor cell proliferation.
