An in-depth analysis showed a slight difference of the percentage of CD3+CD4+ and CD3+CD8+ T cells in the lungs of Mock-4T1 and SULT2B1b-4T1-tumor-bearing mice, with a lower percentage and a higher percentage of tumor-infiltrating CD3+CD4+ and CD3+CD8+ T cells, respectively, in the lungs of SULT2B1b-4T1-bearing mice (Supplementary Figures 5A-C). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and neoplasm.
