In DSS-induced colitis, the number of NK1.1+CD8+ T cells in the spleen and MLN from Yeti mice was expanded approximately 6-fold compared with WT mice, and the number of NK1.1+CD8+ T cells from Yeti/CD1d KO mice was increased eight-fold compared with CD1d KO mice (Figure 3A).
