We detected several genomic alterations known to be associated with prostate cancer; specifically, we identified PIK3CA-Q546K activated mutation with a mutant allele frequency (MAF) of 17%, a TP53-DISCIFP1 fusion (MAF: 12%), 4.1 folds of relative copy number gain of the AR gene, as well as germline BRCA2-G1761X mutation. Here, BRCA2 is linked to prostate cancer.
