Other Grade 3 or 4 toxicities were found in the following aspects: (1) gastrointestinal disorders, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and oral mucositis; (2) hepatic disorder, characterized by a transient elevation of alanine transaminase (ALT) or aspartate transaminase (AST); (3) metabolism and nutrition disorders, including hypokalemia, hypocalcemia and hyperglycemia in one patient with prior diabetes.
