For example, Li et al showed lncRNA‐MALAT1 served as a potent autophagy inducer protecting brain microvascular endothelial cells against oxygen‐glucose deprivation/reoxygenation‐induced injure.27 Moreover, lncRNA‐MALAT1 enhances aggressive pancreatic cancer cells proliferation and metastasis via the up‐regulation of autophagy40 and promotes retinoblastoma progression via modulating autophagy.26, 41 These findings tempted us to speculate that lncRNA‐MALAT1 could also function by regulating autophagy under hypoxia condition in endometriosis.
