BCL2 and high grade B-cell lymphoma: Based on reviews in the literature [1, 4, 5], cases of HGBL with MYC and BCL2 rearrangements (MYC/BCL2 DHL) form the great majority of DHLs (60–85%), whereas cases of HGBL with MYC and BCL6 rearrangements (MYC/BCL6 DHL) are relatively rare (5–8%) and even less common than “triple-hit” lymphoma (THL) that involves MYC, BCL2, and BCL6 simultaneously (16%).
