Recently, we have reported a 2.6 Å crystal structure of DUX4HD2 complexed with a consensus DREconsensus derived from the wild type DUX4 ChIP-seq analysis [1, 2] The DREconsensus site is also present in the leukemia NALM6 and Reh cells harboring oncogenic DUX4/IGHs (Fig. 1a and Supplementary Figure 1a) [3, 4]. This evidence concerns the gene DUX4 and leukemia.
