When two or more mutations were tracked during treatment, the ctDNA kinetics of these mutations showed overlapping or parallel curves that were similarly consistent with clinical response (Fig. 2), irrespective of whether they were bona fide melanoma drivers (BRAF, NRAS, and/or TERT) or rare deleterious mutations in melanoma (TP53 p.R248Q, FLT1 p.T543I, KIT p.L576P). This evidence concerns the gene BRAF and melanoma.
