Significantly, we observed that the expression levels of miR-19b were obviously increased in lung cancers compared with normal tissues (P < 0.0001, unpaired t-test), and the acetylation levels of AGO2-K493-Ac (P = 0.0142, unpaired t-test) and AGO2-K720-Ac (P = 0.001, unpaired t-test) were also significantly higher in tumors than those in normal tissues (Figure S8B-D). This evidence concerns the gene AGO2 and lung carcinoma.
