To determine the pathological relevance of miR-19b expression regulated by AGO2 acetylation at K493 and K720 in human cancers, we performed ISH staining to determine the expression levels of miR-19b and IHC staining for the acetylation levels of AGO2-K493-Ac and AGO2-K720-Ac in the same lung cancer tissue arrays.
