The above results indicate that miR-153 and miR-377 affect the permeability of glioma-conditioned normal BBB by targeting FOXR2 and upregulate the expression of FOXR2 at the post-transcriptional level to further regulate the expressions of ZO-1, occludin, and claudin-5 and influence the permeability of glioma-conditioned normal BBB.
