MIR17HG silencing and overexpression of miR-153 or miR-377 significantly decreased the expressions of ZO-1, occludin, and claudin-5 and increased the permeability of glioma-conditioned normal BBB; however, the dual silencing of both MIR17HG + miR-153 and MIR17HG + miR-377 had no significant effects on the permeability of glioma-conditioned normal BBB.
