We previously showed that the loss of expression of the tumor suppressor gene RASSF1A was a factor of poor prognosis in patient with non-small cell lung cancer [19] since the inactivation of RASSF1A, by altering both the Hippo and Rho signaling pathways, led to the acquisition of a metastatic phenotype by the tumor cells. This evidence concerns the gene RASSF1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
