The tumors derived from Oct4-GFP+ p53−/− BMDC cells were sarcoma-like with few PGC-like tumor cells detected and often accompanied by hepatic-like tissues (3/5 mice) and large tumor cells (2/5 mice) (Fig. 1h, Supplementary Fig. S1f, g), which were positive for Oct4 and DAZL (Supplementary Fig. S1g) resembling oocyte or early parthenogenetic preimplantation embryo in morphology and marker expression. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is neoplasm.
