To investigate the role of LEM4 in breast cancer, we performed immunohistochemistry (IHC) with commercial tissue microarrays (HBre-Duc150-Sur-01/02) and found that LEM4 was more highly expressed in tumor tissues from breast cancer patients and weakly detected in the paired noncancerous tissue regions (Fig. 1b, c). The gene discussed is ANKLE2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
